About the Role:
Savage X Fenty is hiring a Sample Coordinator to support its fashion and styling team in El Segundo, CA. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who love fashion, styling, and production logistics. You will help manage samples, coordinate shoots, and ensure smooth wardrobe operations across e-commerce and campaign projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Sample Coordinator, you will:
Manage and update the fashion team calendar for sample deadlines, reviews, and shoot schedules.
Track, receive, and organize all product samples, ensuring timely delivery for campaigns and photoshoots.
Act as the point of contact for fit and styling samples, aligning with brand standards.
Collaborate with junior stylists, tailoring teams, and production crews for on-set readiness.
Maintain the wardrobe room, including seasonal rotations and product archiving.
Support stylists during campaign shoots with prep, dressing, and product handling.
Work with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Design, and Studio to streamline workflows.
Ensure garment care (laundering, alterations, and repairs) and report issues to production.
Build shot lists for mannequin/product photography based on sample availability.
Assist with special projects, seasonal transitions, and showroom merchandising.
Qualifications & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1–2+ years of experience in fashion industry sample coordination, styling, or logistics.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Merchandising, Studio).
On-set or fashion e-commerce experience (preferred).
A passion for fashion, styling, and detail-driven work.
