1. Upper Age Limit: 35 years as on the closing date of receipt of application. The upper age limit shall be relaxed to the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), OBC and Weaker Section (EWS) as per the Government of Gujarat Norms.

3. Interviews of the shortlisted candidates will be preferably conducted offline. The candidates are required to be available for interview at IITRAM at their own expenses (No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview).
4. All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement. They are advised to satisfy themselves that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for the posts advertised, before applying.
5. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their CV, qualifications, experience and the need of the project. Institute reserves the right to fill up the post, not to fill up the posts or cancel the advertisement in whole or partly without assigning any reason. The Institute also reserves the right to place a reasonable limit on the total number of candidates to be called for the Interview. Mere fulfillment of essential qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview. The decision of the Institute in this regard shall be final.
